"Wow! Sadegh did an AMAZING job cleaning our Room and Board wool rug. It had taken quite a beating from seven years of daily use with two kids and a dog. He was able to get all the stains out and even used an enzyme cleaner to treat the pee stains from our senior dog. He returned it about a week later smelling of lavender and he even left us with a few extra dried lavender bags. Five star service from beginning to end! He's professional, incredibly thorough, and just a really nice friendly guy."

We had an 8'x10' Persian rug cleaned and it came out beautifully. Sadegh was super responsive and got back to me right away with pricing and availability. He came over, picked up the rug, took it for washing then brought it back. He kept me informed while the rug was being cleaned and let me know of some moth damage they found during cleaning. When he brought the rug back, Sadegh put it back in place and trimmed the new pad we had ordered for the rug while it was out being cleaned. He also gave me information on rug care and avoiding further moth damage. Very happy with how the rug came out and the pickup and delivery. Thank you!
